Provider Assistance

Use this form to request one-on-one assistance from an Epic trainer at your work location for things like:

  • Help placing orders
  • Personalizing Ordersets and Smartsets
  • Creating a preference list
  • Assistance with notes
  • Assistance with Inbasket
  • Locating information in a patient’s chart

Complete the form below, and a trainer will contact you within two business days days to arrange for a training session—up to two hours of individualized, in-person work on the skills you need to sharpen most.
