The selection committee has the authority to reject an entry it deems inappropriate.
The name should reflect positively on UConn Health.
In instances where the same name is submitted, the Selection Committee will select the entry with the earliest entry by time/date.
The name must be original, not likely to cause confusion with any other similar business or enterprise, and not be the trademark, trade name or property of any other person or entity.
No more than 16 characters long (including any spaces or punctuation).
Preferably one or two words.
Pronounceable.
Entry cannot defame or invade the rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any third party personal or proprietary rights.
Entries cannot use or copy existing intellectual property.
Judging will be conducted under the supervision of UConn Health whose decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this contest.
